Curbside Delivery:

• Your Cold Plunge will be delivered to your curbside.
• FedEx will contact you in advance before delivery.
• Once your Plunge is delivered, set-up takes around 20-30 minutes. Review our setup video to get started!

Optional In-Home Premium Delivery (available at checkout):

• FedEx will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. They may reach out via text, email, or call.
• Enjoy the benefit of premium placement delivery. FedEx will position the Plunge where you'd like it, up to 2 flights above or below the entry-level.
• FedEx will responsibly dispose of the packaging and any associated trash.
• Note: While FedEx will assist in placing your Plunge, they will not set it up. This is to ensure the Plunge isn't set up incorrectly or damaged, as FedEx personnel aren't Plunge employees. After delivery and placement, refer to our setup video for guidance on getting your Plunge ready.
