Yes. Business customers can add a custom nameplate to the sauna door with their business name, helping the sauna feel more branded and intentional inside gyms, hotels, studios, spas, and recovery rooms.

The optional Pro red light therapy panel is built into the sauna door, is 280Q, uses seven wavelengths: 480, 630, 660, 810, 830, 850, 1060 and is designed for high-heat environments.
The panel is certified with CE, RoHS, and FCC and IP65 rated.

Yes. The sauna includes Nakamichi Bluetooth speakers made for high-heat conditions.

Plunge Infrared is engineered to get hot enough that you can move from cold plunge to sauna and start sweating in minutes. It is also built to withstand the repeated hot-cold cycling that contrast routines demand.

It is a different kind of heat. Traditional saunas heat the air around you first and are great for outdoor, classic sauna experiences. Infrared can be effective at lower ambient temperatures because it heats the body more directly, making it a strong fit for indoor recovery and faster installation.

Plunge saunas do not arrive assembled, but thanks to our proprietary tongue and groove design, assembly is quick and easy with two people, only taking around 2-3 hours.

The cabin is made from Canadian hemlock.

Yes. You can control the sauna from the Plunge app and schedule sessions ahead of time so it’s hot when you’re ready. PlungeConnect also supports connected visibility across Plunge products, which is especially useful for businesses managing multiple recovery products or locations.

Plunge Infrared uses near-zero EMF far infrared panels, based on internal testing. The sauna also uses full-spectrum infrared towers to deliver stronger, more immersive heat for contrast-focused sessions.

Standard is the fast-deploy 2-person infrared sauna designed around simple indoor installation and standard 120V power. Pro is available in 2-person or 3-person configurations and is engineered to get hotter faster for higher throughput, with optional red light therapy.
