From day one, I’ve been impressed with the quality and durability of my plunge. The filters are fantastic, and ensure the water is always clean and looking pristine. My plunge is located at my gym and we average about 3-5 appointments per day and have never had an issue with it.

After reviewing your order, it looks like the filters received were the ones selected at checkout. Since this wasn’t an error on our end, our return policy does require the customer to cover return shipping in these cases.

Plunge has designed its system to make it easy to change the filters on the Gen 1 filter module. I have my Plunge outdoors and while it stays covered, it is nice to know the system is working well!
